Everyone must now know that the government has set up a boundary review to consider moving large parts of the Clann catchment area into county Westmeath.

If this proposal goes through, then future generations will not look kindly on our failure to act.

Roscommon Hearld Sportstar Awards

Huge congratulations to Cathal Shine and Joe Fallon who picked up awards at the Roscommon Hearld – Supervalu Sportstar awards event on Friday last. Cathal picked up the award for October while Joe picked up the award for December, which were presented by former Irish rugby international Eric Elwood. Well done lads!

 

Club Social

The Club Social will be held on Saturday 20th of February in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel at 8:30pm. Dinner served with music by the LOLs. Medal presentation will be made to the successful Senior & Under 21 squads.

Tickets: €30 - available from committee members and usual outlets.

 

Allianz Football League Fixture

Please show your support in the upcoming Allianz Football League fixture, Roscommon face Monaghan in Dr. Hyde Park at 2pm.

 

2015 Ladies Minor Final

The 2015 Ladies Minor Final has been fixed for Sunday 7th February at the Connacht GAA Centre of Excellence in Ballyhaunis.

 

Clann Lotto

The draw took place in Athlone Springs Hotel on Sunday 24th of January with a jackpot of €3,600. The numbers drawn were 1-5-16-23.

No winner, two match 3 winners received €100:

Next week's jackpot is €3,800 and the draw will be in The Grove.
