Life Time Achievement Award

Donie Shine Snr was posthumously awarded a life time achievement award at the Roscommon Herald / Supervalu Annual Sports Awards on Friday last in the Abbey Hotel. Pictured are Donie's sons, Mark and Donie Jnr accepting the award from Graham Geraghty. A fitting tribute to a man who gave everything to Clann and Roscommon, his untimely death was mourned across the country. Ar dheis dé go raibh a anam.

Clann Annual Dinner Dance

The Clann social night will take place on Saturday 10th February in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel. Proceedings will begin at 7.30pm and there will be dinner, music and presentations on the night. An event not to be missed!

Foundation Course

An incredible 23 clann coaches attended the first part of the Foundation course in the clubhouse on Thursday night. A huge thank you to all our coaches who are taking time out of their busy schedules to improve their coaching skills. Thanks to coaching secretary Lorraine Fallon McGowan for all her work in organising this course and to Ollie Lennon our local GPO for putting the course on. The second part of the course takes place next week with a child protection course the following week..

Underage Presentations

Parents - the Clann na nGael underage presentation of medals will take place on Sunday Feb 4th at 4.30pm in the Sheraton Hotel. We will be presenting medals to our various successful Girls & Boys Teams 2017. Please ensure your child wears their Clann top as we will have a photographer present for the Team photos. Tea/ Coffee will be served for the parents, all welcome.

Club Lotto

The draw took place in the Mill on Sunday 28th January with a jackpot of €4,000.
The numbers drawn were 2, 14, 19, 26.
